• Transaction & Payment Data: When you initiate a service cycle, payments are processed touchlessly through dynamic Unified Payments Interface (UPI) QR code gateways. AuraPod does not collect, capture, or store your net banking credentials, card numbers, or UPI PINs. All transaction data is processed securely through standard bank-encrypted networks.
• Usage Telemetry: Our physical stations transmit autonomous cloud telemetry logs to manage operational performance, liquid level status, and cycle distribution analytics. This technical data is completely anonymous and is not tied to any personally identifiable consumer metrics.
• Customer Support Interaction: If you contact us directly via the website form or customer support channels regarding a station interaction, we may retain your name, email address, phone number, and any details shared to resolve your query.

We use the information we collect strictly to:

• Process touchless payment requests and instantly unlock the station chambers.
• Monitor system diagnostics, fluid levels, and network health across physical deployment zones (e.g., Manyata Tech Park, Phoenix Marketcity).
• Maintain compliance with statutory Indian business and financial reporting requirements.

AuraPod does not sell, rent, or lease consumer information to third-party data brokers. Data sharing is limited exclusively to:

• Technology Partners: Operational telemetry and diagnostic parameters are shared with our manufacturing and engineering partner, Shield X Syndicate Pvt. Ltd., solely to maintain the physical machine lifecycle and uptime obligations.
• Banking Partners: Dynamic UPI generation relies on standard financial merchant aggregators to finalize utility routing.

Our stations feature high-end hardware engineering combined with enclosed sanitization chambers. Digital connectivity is safeguarded via encrypted cloud channels to prevent external network intrusion.
